Prez, an old (and forgotten) DC comic bock character, recently appearing in Batman: The Brave and The Bold episode "Triumvirate of Terror!".Just having the idea of an under aged president, with a surfer's voice, make me giggles, and of course, I felt the urgency of drawing him.
